2-Day Borneo Primate Observation Tour from Pangkalan Bun by Klotok

• Meet your private tour guide outside Pangkalan Bun Airport and transfer to Kumai Jetty to board the traditional wooden boat called 'Klotok'.

• Enjoy lunch on the boat while sailing up the river from Kumai to Tanjung Harapan, before witnessing the feeding activities at Tanjung Harapan.

• At about 17:00, cross the Sekonyir River and observe proboscis monkeys, long-tail macaques, silver langurs, wild orangutans, and crocodiles.

Overnight stay on the boat after dinner is served.

• After breakfast, continue to Pondok Tanggui, where feeding time is from 09:00 am to 10:00 am. You have a higher chance of seeing orangutans from a closer distance at this larger feeding site.

• Proceed to Camp Leakey, the place with the largest orangutan population. It is the oldest rehabilitation center for orphaned orangutans.

• Enjoy lunch served on board at about 12:00 pm.

• Continue to witness the feeding activity. Feeding time is from 14:00 to 15:00, and you also get a chance to see many other animals.

• Spot monkeys along the way before reaching Rantau Panjang. Enjoy dinner once the boat is anchored.

• Head back to the airport.
