The itinerary

Day 01

Train Journey from Dhaka to Sreemangal

Take an afternoon train from Airport Railway Station in Dhaka to Sreemangal.
Arrive in Sreemangal around 10 pm and check in at the hotel.

Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 02

Tea Plantations, Tribal Villages, and Local Flavours

Explore the tea plantations, pineapple gardens, and lemon gardens.
Visit the tea workers' village and learn about their life and culture.
Discover the tribal villages of the Monepuri tribes and see handicrafts and rubber plantations.
Savour the famous seven-layer tea.
Visit the biggest local fresh market in the Sylhet region.

Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 03

Rainforest Trek, Tribal Village, and Return to Dhaka

Visit the national park rainforest and trek for a couple of hours.
Travel to the Kashia village, a tribal village, and see betel leaf plantations.
Pay a visit to the beautiful water lily lake, from where one can see the Indian border.
Return to Sreemangal through the tea plantations.
Have lunch and go to the train station.
Take a train from Sreemangal to Dhaka and arrive in Dhaka around 11 pm.
