Day 01

Arrival in Paro and Transfer to Thimphu

Pick up from Paro Airport upon arrival.
Drive to Thimphu, the cosmopolitan capital of Bhutan.

Day 02

Thimphu City Tour and Cultural Visits

Explore the city of Thimphu.
Visit the National Memorial Chorten. Bhutan's third king originally envisaged this monument to promote world peace and prosperity.
Explore the Royal Textile Museum to learn more about various silk products and Bhutanese culture.

Day 03

Tiger's Nest Trek and Paro Sightseeing

Discover Tiger's Nest, also known as the Palphug Taktsang Monastery. There are four main temples and several wooden staircases and bridges.
Trek up to the temples and explore the hidden caves along the way.
Visit Ta Dzong, once used as a watchtower and later inaugurated as Bhutan's National Museum in 1968.
Proceed to Rinpung Dzong, which was used as the meeting hall for the National Assembly for several years.
Explore the local markets in Paro.
