  • Go for a walk around the former Jewish district. It will be a memorable journey through the past. In 1939, Warsaw housed the second largest population of Jews in the world after New York. This fascinating area was inhabited by over 400,000 people, who were swept from the earth's surface in a short span of three years. Learn the story of the Jewish District.

  • Walk past the remnants of the Ghetto walls and follow the Trail of Martyrdom and Memory from the Monument to the Ghetto Heroes to the former old railway station, called Umschlagplatz, from where 300,000 Jews were sent to the extermination camp in Treblinka in 1943.
