The itinerary

Day 01

Luxor to Aswan Nile Cruise Journey

Day 1: Arrival in Luxor & The Temples of the East - Luxor East Bank.

Morning: Meet and assist at Luxor Airport / Railway station, followed by a private transfer to the Nile Cruise for check-in and lunch.

Afternoon: Visit the breathtaking Karnak Temple Complex, the largest religious open-air site in the world, featuring the magnificent Hypostyle Hall.

Late afternoon: Tour the majestic Luxor Temple, beautifully showcasing ancient Egyptian history from Amenhotep III and Ramesses II down to Alexander the Great.

Evening: Overnight onboard in Luxor.

Day 02

Day 2: Theban Necropolis & Sailing to Edfu - Luxor West Bank & Sailing.

Morning: Cross to the West Bank of Luxor. Explore the spectacular Valley of the Kings, descending into 3 royal tombs to admire the vivid New Kingdom funerary art.

Late morning: Visit the stunning terraced Mortuary Temple of Hatshepsut at Deir el-Bahari, carved into the limestone cliffs, followed by a photo stop at the towering Colossi of Memnon.

Afternoon: Return to the ship and begin sailing south toward Edfu via the Esna Lock. Enjoy the scenic Nile views.

Evening: Overnight onboard in Edfu.

Day 03

Day 3: The Gods of the Nile - Edfu & Kom Ombo Temples.

Morning: Take a traditional horse-carriage ride to visit the Temple of Horus at Edfu, the most pristine and well-preserved Ptolemaic temple in Egypt.

Afternoon: Return to the ship and sail toward Kom Ombo. Upon arrival, tour the unique symmetrical Temple of Kom Ombo, dedicated to both Sobek (the crocodile god) and Haroeris (the Elder Horus). Visit the attached Crocodile Mummy Museum.

Evening: Sail to Aswan. Overnight onboard in Aswan.

Day 04

Day 4: Island of Isis & Disembarkation - Aswan Exploration.

Morning: Check out from the cruise. Proceed to visit the Aswan High Dam, an engineering miracle of the 20th century.

Late morning: Take a scenic motorized boat ride to the beautiful Philae Temple, the majestic cult center of Goddess Isis located on Agilkia Island.

Afternoon: Visit the Unfinished Obelisk at the granite quarries to explore ancient masonry techniques, followed by a private transfer to Aswan Airport / Railway station for final departure.
