The itinerary

Day 01

Arrival in Cairo

Arrive at Cairo International Airport, where our travel representative will receive you and transfer you to your hotel.

Day 02

Giza Pyramids and the Sphinx

Tour the pyramid complex at Giza with your private guide.
Visit the Museum of the Solar Boat, enjoy a short camel ride, and see the enigmatic Sphinx, said to portray the image of the 4th dynasty Pharaoh Kafre.
The afternoon will be free to relax and enjoy the facilities of your hotel.

Day 03

Egyptian Museum and Coptic Cairo

After breakfast, visit the Egyptian Museum with its incredible collection of antiquities, including the golden treasures of Tutankhamen and the elaborately wrapped mummified Pharaohs in the Royal Mummy Room.
In the afternoon, head to the ancient fortress of Babylon, now known as Coptic Cairo, and visit its fine churches, Ben Ezra Synagogue, and the Coptic Museum.

Day 04

Islamic Cairo and Pyramids Sound & Light Show

Enjoy a heritage walking tour through the bustling, colourful lanes and alleyways of medieval Cairo - a real immersion into the Middle Eastern experience.
Next, visit the beautiful Mosque of Ibn Tulun and the little-known Gayer-Anderson Museum, a beautiful house dating from the 18th century.
The afternoon will be at leisure.
Return to the pyramids in the evening to see the spectacular Sound & Light show.

Day 05

Departure from Cairo

Transfer to Cairo International Airport and check in for your onward flight.
