Itinerary

1. Day 1: Arrival in Islamabad

   • Arrive at Islamabad Airport and transfer to your hotel, with a city tour depending on flight timings.
   • Dinner and overnight stay at Roomy Signature Hotel, Islamabad.

2. Day 2: Fly to Skardu

   • Fly to Skardu and transfer to your hotel for a free day in Skardu.
   • Overnight stay at a hotel in Skardu.
   • Please note that in case of flight cancellation, alternate road travel arrangements will be on standby with an overnight stay en route, arriving in Skardu by Day 2 evening.

3. Day 3: Skardu to Askole

   • Drive by jeep from Skardu to Askole.
   • Overnight in tents.

4. Day 4: Askole to Jhola (3,200m)

   • Begin the trek from Askole to Korofong, taking approximately 3 to 4 hours, before continuing to Jhola after a lunch break at Korofong, taking a further 3 to 4 hours.
   • Overnight in tents.

5. Day 5: Jhola to Paiyu (3,600m)

   • Trek along a relatively easy trail for approximately 6 to 7 hours.
   • Overnight in tents.

6. Day 6: Rest Day at Paiyu

   • Enjoy a rest day at Paiyu.
   • Overnight in tents.

7. Day 7: Paiyu to Urdukas (4,200m)

   • Trek mostly along the crest of the lateral moraine with stunning views of Paiyu Peak, Chorichi, Uli Biaho, and Trango Towers. Urdukas is a spectacular campsite.
   • Trek time: 7 to 8 hours.
   • Overnight in tents.

8. Day 8: Urdukas to Goro II (4,500m)

   • Enjoy a long walk on the Baltoro Glacier.
   • Trek time: 6 to 7 hours.
   • Overnight in tents.

9. Day 9: Goro II to Concordia (4,700m)

   • Trek for 5 to 6 hours along a slightly easy trail with spectacular views and a gigantic mountain panorama, including Muztagh Tower, Gasherbrum IV, Mitre Peak, and the mighty K2.
   • Trek time: 5 to 6 hours.
   • Overnight in tents.

10. Day 10: Concordia to Ali Camp or Return via Same Route (4,700m)

    • Trek for 5 to 6 hours with spectacular views and a gigantic mountain panorama, including Muztagh Tower, Gasherbrum IV, Mitre Peak, and the mighty K2, or trek back towards Askole.
    • Overnight in tents.

11. Day 11: Ali Camp to Khuspang (4,680m) via Gondogoro La (approximately 5,900m)

    • Begin very early in the morning for the strenuous and steep ascent to Gondogoro La, then descend to the high camp at Khuspang on the other side.
    • Trek time: 8 to 10 hours.
    • Overnight in tents.

12. Day 12: Khuspang to Dalsangpa (4,400m)

    • Trek to Dalsangpa, a beautiful campsite set at approximately 4,400 metres between two lakes, with Masherbrum Mountain and a white glacier cascading down from Masherbrum Pass reflected in the still water.
    • Overnight in tents.

13. Day 13: Dalsangpa to Shaieshcho (4,000m)

    • Resume the trek along the path, keeping to the left side of the lateral moraine and crossing several side streams, before an unpleasant scramble along the stony, sliding glacier edge with huge boulders overhead.
    • Overnight in tents.

14. Day 14: Shaieshcho to Hushe and Drive to Skardu

    • Trek from Shaieshcho to Hushe, enjoy lunch at Hushe, and drive back to Skardu.
    • Overnight at a hotel in Skardu.

15. Day 15: Fly to Islamabad

    • Fly to Islamabad and transfer to Roomy Signature Hotel, Islamabad.
    • Please note that in case of flight cancellation, alternate road travel arrangements will be on standby with an overnight stay en route, arriving in Islamabad by the evening.

16. Day 16: Farewell

    Transfer to the airport for your homebound flight.
