The itinerary

Day 01

Arrival in Moshi or Arusha

Pickup from Kilimanjaro International Airport, followed by a transfer to your hotel in Moshi or Arusha town.
Meet your safari guide for a detailed briefing about the Africa safari tour.
The remaining time is available for leisure and relaxation after arrival.

Day 02

Tarangire National Park Safari

Depart in the morning after breakfast for an approximate two-hour drive to Tarangire National Park.
Explore iconic landscapes featuring giant baobab trees, bush savannah, and seasonal marshes.
Enjoy game viewing across habitats home to elephants, buffaloes, zebras, and wildebeests, often followed by predators such as lions.
Experience the safari from an open-roof vehicle before reaching the lodge inside the park in the evening.

Day 03

Journey to Serengeti National Park

Your journey begins after breakfast through the cooler highlands towards the southern Serengeti.
Arrive at the Serengeti plains by midday, followed by extensive game viewing across varied landscapes.
Discover diverse ecosystems including grasslands, savannah, bushland, swamps, and lakes.
Observe kopjes and migration routes where wildebeests and zebras move in search of fresh grazing.

Day 04

Serengeti to Ngorongoro Conservation Area

Continue with a morning game drive while exiting Serengeti National Park through rich wildlife zones.
Transfer in the afternoon towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area with scenic en-route viewing.
Enjoy a cultural glimpse of Maasai bomas showcasing traditional lifestyle along the journey.
Overnight stay is arranged at a lodge located on the rim of Ngorongoro Crater.

Day 05

Ngorongoro Crater Safari and Return to Arusha

Have an early breakfast, followed by a descent of 600 metres into the Ngorongoro Crater for game viewing.
Explore a rich ecosystem hosting over 25,000 animals, including the Big Five and more than 500 bird species.
Picnic lunch is served at the hippo pool during an extensive crater safari.
Drive back to Arusha town in the late afternoon after exiting the caldera.
