Light Clothing: Breathable cotton or linen clothes. If visiting in winter, bring a light jacket for the early morning or late afternoon.
Power Bank & Camera: You will want to take many photos of the inscriptions and reliefs.
Refillable Water Bottle: To stay hydrated, though bottled water is provided in the vehicle.

Payment for Tickets: Entry tickets for Karnak and Luxor Temples must be paid by credit/debit card. Cash is no longer accepted at the gate.
