Day 01

Arrival in Sigiriya with Dambulla and Elephant Safari

Pickup from the airport or Colombo.

Day 02

Sigiriya Lion Rock and Cultural Kandy

What to bring

Temple wear: Light clothing is fine, as sarongs or cover-up cloths are available at sacred sites to cover shoulders and knees.
Socks: Wear these inside temple grounds when you remove your shoes, as the sand and stones can get very hot.
Walking shoes: Comfortable sneakers or trainers for climbing Sigiriya Rock and hiking Little Adam's Peak.
Sun protection: A hat, sunglasses, and high-SPF sunscreen for the Yala safari and whale watching.
Light jacket: A sweater or light layers for the cooler evenings in Ella and the tea country.
Swimwear: For the beaches in Mirissa and hotel pools.
Rain gear: A small umbrella (we will provide one) or a light poncho for quick tropical showers.
Charging: A universal travel adapter.
