Day 1: Arrival in Nairobi, Kenya
Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA), you will be warmly welcomed by our safari representative after immigration and baggage collection. You will then be assisted with your luggage and transferred in a private vehicle to your hotel in Nairobi. The 30 to 45-minute drive offers your first glimpse of the city, where vibrant urban life blends with pockets of greenery.
After check-in, take time to relax and recover from your journey. If time allows, you may opt to visit attractions such as the Giraffe Centre to feed the endangered Rothschild giraffes, or the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust, known for its inspiring elephant conservation efforts. In the evening, return to your hotel and unwind as you prepare for the safari adventure ahead.

Day 2: Nairobi – Maasai Mara (Flight)
Begin your day with an early breakfast at your hotel before a short transfer to Wilson Airport. From here, you will board a light aircraft for a scenic one-hour flight over the Great Rift Valley to the Maasai Mara, enjoying breathtaking views of escarpments, winding rivers, and endless savannah plains below.
Upon arrival at the airstrip, your safari guide will warmly receive you, and you will begin a game drive en route to your lodge. Along the way, keep an eye out for wildlife such as giraffes, zebras, and antelopes, with the possibility of spotting big cats. Arrive at your lodge in time for check-in and a freshly prepared lunch, followed by some time to relax and take in the surrounding wilderness.
In the late afternoon, set out for your first game drive in the Maasai Mara, where you will experience exciting wildlife sightings as the day cools and animals become more active. Return to the lodge after sunset for dinner and a peaceful evening in the heart of the African bush.

Day 3: Full Day in Maasai Mara
Begin your day at dawn as the first light spreads across the savannah, creating perfect conditions for wildlife viewing. After an early wake-up call, enjoy a cup of Kenyan tea or coffee before heading out for a morning game drive around 6:30 AM. This is a prime time to explore the reserve, as predators are often still active and herbivores graze across the open plains. With your expert guide, you will cover a wide area in search of wildlife before returning to camp for a relaxed breakfast.
Spend the late morning at leisure, giving you time to rest, enjoy the camp’s facilities, or reflect on your safari experiences. After lunch, venture out again for an afternoon game drive as the temperatures cool and wildlife becomes more active. You may track the Big Five and, depending on the season, witness activity along the Mara River, including dramatic wildlife encounters. As the day comes to a close, return to camp to unwind before enjoying dinner under the stars, surrounded by the sounds of the African wilderness.

Day 4: Maasai Mara – Serengeti (Lobo Area, Tanzania)
Start your day early with breakfast around 6:00 AM as you prepare for your cross-border journey from Kenya to Tanzania. At 7:00 AM, depart for a scenic drive to the Isebania border, passing through rolling landscapes and rural East African villages. Upon arrival around midday, you will complete immigration and customs formalities with the assistance of your guide, ensuring a smooth transition into Tanzania.
After crossing, meet your new safari team and continue your journey into the northern Serengeti, heading towards the remote Lobo region. Enjoy a picnic lunch along the way as your drive doubles as a game viewing experience. In the afternoon, embark on your first Serengeti game drive, where vast plains, rocky kopjes, and open savannahs reveal abundant wildlife including zebras, elephants, giraffes, and predators such as lions and leopards.
Arrive at your lodge by evening and settle in as the sun sets over the plains. Unwind and enjoy dinner under the stars, surrounded by the natural sounds of the African wilderness.

Day 5: Serengeti – Flight to Nairobi & Departure
Wake up to the peaceful beauty of the Serengeti for your final morning in the wilderness. Enjoy a relaxed breakfast around 6:30 AM as golden light spreads across the savannah, then complete check-out and prepare for your onward journey. Around 8:00 AM, transfer to the nearest airstrip, enjoying a final game-viewing drive en route with chances to spot wildlife such as giraffes, elephants, and hyenas.
Board your flight back to Nairobi, a journey of approximately 2 to 2.5 hours, offering sweeping aerial views of the Serengeti plains. Upon arrival at Wilson Airport, you will be met by our representative. If time allows before your international departure, you may relax at a day-use hotel, enjoy a meal, or explore local craft markets for souvenirs. Later, you will be transferred to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) for your onward flight, bringing your safari to a memorable close.
