Full-Day Safari in Tarangire National Park
Morning: Departure from Moshi/Arusha
- After breakfast, depart from Moshi or Arusha for Tarangire National Park, approximately a 2.5-hour drive.
- Enjoy scenic views of rural villages, rolling landscapes, and the Tanzanian countryside along the way.
Morning: Game Drive in Tarangire National Park
- Begin a game drive upon arrival, exploring Acacia woodlands, giant Baobab trees, and expansive plains.
- Observe wildlife such as elephants, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, and many bird species.
- Look out for rare animals, including the Greater Kudu, Fringed-eared Oryx, and Ashy Starlings.
Midday: Picnic Lunch
- Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park at a scenic location near a river or waterhole.
Afternoon: Continued Game Drive and Return
- Continue the afternoon game drive, spotting wildlife gathering near the swamps and rivers.
- In the late afternoon, drive back to Moshi or Arusha.
