2-Hour Old San Juan Women's History Walking Tour

People under 21 years of age must be with a parent or legal guardian.

Consider the following:

• A release of responsibility (waiver) must be completed before beginning the tour. The form is digital, and you will receive a copy by email when you submit your information. You will receive the link on your purchase receipt, which this platform will email to you.
• In the reservation, you must report if you have allergies or any existing health conditions, and identify all the people in your group. The form includes a section to add yourself and the people with you.
• We talk about the history, culture, gastronomy, and biodiversity of the visited destination.
• We will set a meeting point for the participants. You must be at the meeting point at the indicated time. For security reasons, the specific meeting point is only shared with you after completing the reservation.
• The automatic email after your purchase may go to your "Updates" folder. Please check your "Updates," "Promotions," "Junk," or "Spam" folders, as some of our communications may go there.
• Each participant must bring snacks, water, and money for food purchases if the tour does not include them. Each experience description includes details if any food is included.
• The use of sportswear and fresh clothing is recommended, preferably flexible and light-colored.
• Wear closed-toed shoes that can get dirty, with good grip on the ground. To participate in our activities, we do not recommend wearing high heels, elevated shoes, sandals, or flip-flops. The surfaces we will be on may have uneven areas and elements of nature such as branches and stones.
• Bring extra clothes and shoes to change into in case it rains, or if you simply want to change at the end of the tour.
• The use of mosquito repellent and sunscreen is recommended, preferably natural or organic if possible.
• Other alternatives to protect yourself from the sun are a hat, a cap, or an umbrella.
• Bring a raincoat ("poncho," "impermeable") for the rain.
• Bring a camera to capture your memories during your experience.
• Bring binoculars for birdwatching and a closer view.
• Be enthusiastic about breathing fresh air and getting to know the enchantment of Puerto Rico.

Difficulty level

Level 2: Moderate (We're going to walk through the streets of the town center "downtown," where there are hills and good physical condition is required.)

Uneven surfaces, acoustic pollution, and weather conditions can affect your experience. For this reason, we will be prepared to receive your group, knowing them through the information you shared in the registration form and having a specialist in the area you are going to visit.

The experience is NOT accessible for: wheelchairs, stroller users, and others who need step-free access.

Important

We do not have sign language interpreters available yet. However, if you are a person with hearing disability (functional hearing diversity) or deaf and communicate with sign language, you may come with one companion free of charge to help interpret the message. The person providing interpretation support must be listed on the registration form and must also complete a release of responsibility (waiver).

• All groups will be divided by language: English or Spanish.
