Itinerary

Day 1: Sarajevo – Travnik – Jajce
- Begin the journey in Sarajevo and drive to the Tunnel of Hope to understand the city’s wartime resilience.
- Continue to Travnik and explore the medieval fortress overlooking the town.
- Walk along the scenic riverfront and observe traditional Bosnian architecture.
- Proceed to Jajce and check into accommodation for the night.
Day 2: Explore Jajce
- Explore Jajce Fortress and enjoy panoramic views of the town.
- Walk through the historic center, listed on the UNESCO Tentative List.
- Visit the iconic Jajce Waterfall, where the Pliva River cascades into the town.
- Stroll through the nearby park and experience the peaceful surroundings.
Stay overnight in Jajce.
Day 3: Jajce – Kljuc – Bihac
- Depart Jajce and travel to Kljuc.
- Visit Kljuc Fortress and learn about its strategic importance.
- Continue to Bihac and explore its historical landmarks.
- Check into accommodation and relax for the evening.
Day 4: Una National Park Adventure
- Travel to Una National Park and explore its untouched natural landscapes.

Day 5: Bihac – Banja Luka

We provide this tour year-round. We recommend considering a tour before or after the high season, when it is not as hot and not as crowded, but all the sights and attractions are open. This is especially important for elderly people, who need to be cautious about sun exposure and high temperatures.

Cut-off period: your booking will be accepted if there are no less than 30 days before the tour starts.

This is a private tour. Only your group will participate.

This tour accepts a minimum of 1 person and a maximum of 5 people.

This tour is available for solo travelers as an Exclusive Solo Tour (the tour will be for you only, without other travelers in the vehicle); the price for 1 person reflects this.

A single supplement is mandatory; solo travelers must pay extra to have their private room (except when the tour is booked for 1 person).

This tour (like our other tours) is available in English and Spanish.

As a private tour, this tour can be customized to fit your travel plans, personal interests, and schedule.

The tour includes breakfast only. As a rule, we will stay in each place of accommodation for only 1 night, so it makes no sense to pay for lunch and dinner there. Instead, let's enjoy local cuisine.

Transportation is in a minivan with air conditioning and an English-speaking driver. Feel free to ask to stop whenever you need for a nice photo opportunity or coffee break.

Our prices include accommodations in 3-star hotels with breakfast, which are typically not located near historical centers with pedestrian streets. If you prefer better accommodations in terms of location and quality, please let us know.
