Itinerary

Day 1. Sarajevo – Travnik – Jajce
- Depart Sarajevo and visit the Tunnel of Hope Museum to understand its role during the 1990s siege.
- Travel to Travnik and explore the 14th-century medieval fortress overlooking the town.
- Enjoy a scenic walk along the Lasva River and take in the surrounding landscapes.
Continue to Jajce for an overnight stay.
Day 2. Jajce Exploration
- Visit the iconic Jajce waterfall where the Pliva River meets the Vrbas River.
- Explore the historic Jajce fortress with origins dating back to the 14th century.
- Stroll through the charming historical center and experience its cultural atmosphere.
- Relax in the town park and enjoy views of the surrounding nature.
Stay overnight in Jajce.
Day 3. Scit – Mostar
- Depart Jajce and travel to Scit to visit the Franciscan monastery and its museum.
- Continue to Mostar and explore its UNESCO-listed historical center.
- Walk across the reconstructed 16th-century Stari Most and discover the Old Bazaar.
- Enjoy free time to explore the town at your own pace.
Stay overnight in Mostar.
Day 4. Pocitelj – Kravica – Medjugorje – Mostar
- Travel to Pocitelj and explore the preserved Ottoman-era hill town.
- Continue to Kravica Waterfalls and admire the cascading natural amphitheater.
- Visit Medjugorje and explore its significance as a major pilgrimage destination.
- Return to Mostar for leisure time in the evening.
Stay overnight in Mostar.
Day 5. Blagaj – Podrumi Andrija – Konjic – Sarajevo
- Visit Blagaj Tekija, a 16th-century Dervish monastery at the Buna River spring.
- Enjoy a wine tasting experience at Podrumi Andrija and sample regional wines.
- Continue to Konjic and see the historic Old Stone Bridge from the 17th century.

We provide this tour year-round. We recommend considering a tour before or after the high season when it is not so hot and not as crowded, but all the sights and attractions are still open. This is especially important for elderly people, who need to be careful with sun exposure and high temperatures.

Cut-off period: your booking will be accepted if made at least 7 days before the tour starts.

This is a private tour. Only your group will participate.

This tour accepts a minimum of 1 person and a maximum of 6 people.

This tour is available for solo travelers as an Exclusive Solo Tour (the tour will be for you only, with no other travelers in the vehicle); the price for 1 person reflects this.

A single supplement is mandatory; solo travelers must pay extra for their private room (except when the tour is booked for 1 person).

This tour (like our other tours) is available in English and Spanish.

As a private tour, this tour can be customized to fit your travel plans, personal interests, and schedule.

Breakfast is included only during the tour. As a rule, we will stay in each place of accommodation for only 1 night, so it makes no sense to pay there for lunch and dinner. Instead, let's enjoy local cuisine.

Transportation is in a minivan with air conditioning and an English-speaking driver. Feel free to ask to stop whenever you need for a nice photo opportunity or coffee break.

Our prices include accommodations in 3-star hotels with breakfast, which are typically not near historical centers with pedestrian streets. If you prefer better accommodations in terms of location and quality, please let us know.
