Giza Pyramids, Sphinx and Wadi El Natrun
At 8:00 am or 10:00 am, start your Giza day tour with an Egyptologist guide.
Visit the Great Pyramids of Giza, known as Cheops, Chephren & Mykonos.
Visit the Valley Temple, the place where dead bodies were mummified.
Marvel at the Sphinx, the legendary guardian with its lion body and the head of King Chephren.
You will also have an opportunity to visit the pyramids from inside or ride a camel around the Great Pyramids. This is subject to an extra charge.
Drive to the Valley of Natron, the actual birthplace of Christian monasticism. Begin your trip with Deir al-Baramus, the oldest of the surviving three monasteries, and proceed towards Deir Anba Bishoi, whose body is still in the monastery.
After the tour is finished, you will be transferred back to your hotel.
