Meeting and Transfer
Meet your driver at the designated pickup point in Riga Old Town.
Transfer to the husky farm in the forested countryside outside the city, with a drive of approximately 40 minutes to 1 hour.
Enjoy scenic views of the Latvian landscape along the way.
Arrival and Safety Briefing
Arrive at the husky center and meet your professional musher and guide.
Receive a detailed safety briefing covering dog handling, sledding techniques, and trail rules.
Learn about husky behavior, teamwork, and the role of the musher.
Get fitted with the necessary equipment and cold-weather gear if required.
Husky Dog Sledding Experience
Take part in a guided husky sledding session through forest trails and open snowy paths for 3 km.
Drive your own sled with a trained team of huskies, or choose to ride as a passenger with an experienced musher.
Experience the excitement of cooperation between humans and dogs as the team moves through the wilderness.
Pause briefly for photos and interaction with the huskies.
Alternative Activity (Weather Dependent)
Use wheeled sleds or enjoy an alternative husky-related activity if snow conditions are not suitable.
Wrap Up and Return
Spend time interacting with the huskies and learning more about their training and care.
Transfer back to Riga and conclude the experience at the original drop-off point.
