Day 01

Nairobi to Samburu and Afternoon Game Drive

Meet your Samburu safari guide at 7:30 am for a briefing on the safari before departing for Samburu National Park, crossing the thorny landscape of Samburu County along the way.
Arrive in Samburu in time for lunch.
In the afternoon, look for the reticulated giraffe, Grevy's zebra, Beisa Oryx, and the blue-necked Somali ostrich.
Dinner and overnight stay at a lodge or campsite.

Day 02

Full-Day Wildlife Viewing in Samburu National Park

After breakfast, spend the full day in Samburu National Park.
In the afternoon, enjoy game drives in the park, which covers 40 square miles (104 square kilometres).
Look for the blue-legged Somali ostrich, the long-necked gerenuk gazelle, and the straight-horned Beisa Oryx antelope.

Dinner and overnight at a lodge or campsite.
