4-Day Maasai Mara and Lake Nakuru Safari from Nairobi

• Depart from Nairobi in the morning and drive to the floor of the Rift Valley to Maasai Mara Game Reserve.
• Arrive at the Maasai Mara tented camp in time for lunch.
• Enjoy lunch at the camp, and thereafter head out for an afternoon game drive until late.

Dinner and overnight at the tented camp.

• Spend the day in Maasai Mara, Kenya's most popular game sanctuary, where you will have the best opportunity to spot the Big Five - lion, leopard, buffalo, rhino, and elephant.
• Head out with picnic lunch boxes and spend the entire day in the park, or choose to have early morning and late afternoon game drives.
• Take an optional visit to a local Maasai village (US$20 per person).

All meals and overnight at the Maasai Mara camp.

• Depart from Maasai Mara after breakfast for Lake Nakuru National Park, arriving in time for lunch.
• Go for an afternoon game drive. Besides the flamingos, there are approximately 400 other species of birds visiting the lake.
• Many species of game can also be found in the park, including the introduced Rothschild's giraffe, black and white rhino, waterbuck, reedbuck, lion, buffalo, leopard, baboon, and many species of plains game.

Dinner and overnight at the hotel/camp.

• In the early morning, enjoy a Kenyan coffee and then leave for a morning game drive in Nakuru.
• Later, return to the camp for breakfast and prepare to depart for Nairobi, arriving at approximately 1300 hrs.
• Drop-off at the hotel or transfer to the airport for your flight back home.
