Day 1: Nairobi → Maasai Mara – Arrival & Evening Yoga
Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you’ll be warmly welcomed by our representative who will assist with your luggage and transfer to Jambo Mara Safari Lodge in Maasai Mara. The scenic drive from Nairobi takes approximately 5–6 hours, passing through the Great Rift Valley, rolling hills, and farmland dotted with acacia trees. Upon arrival, settle into your room and take some time to relax, enjoying the vast Mara plains stretching to the horizon.
In the evening, join your first yoga session (6:00–7:00 PM) on the lodge terrace. Flow through gentle stretches and mindful breathing, grounding yourself amid the savannah’s expansive beauty as the sun dips toward the horizon. Dinner follows at the lodge, providing a warm welcome to the magic of Kenya’s wilderness.

Day 2: Maasai Mara – Full-Day Safari & Sunset Yoga
Wake early to greet the Mara with a sunrise yoga session (6:00–6:45 AM) on the lodge terrace, feeling the cool morning air and the soft golden glow across the savannah. The session focuses on energizing flows and meditation to prepare your body and mind for the adventures ahead.
After breakfast, embark on a full-day safari with a picnic lunch. Witness the drama of the Mara as lion prides lounge beneath acacias, cheetahs perch on termite mounds scanning the plains, and elephants move gracefully across the landscape. Vast herds of wildebeest and zebras ripple across the savannah while vibrant birdlife adds color and sound to the surroundings, making for an immersive wildlife experience.
Return to the lodge for a sunset yoga session (6:00–7:00 PM). Flow gently while absorbing the Mara’s magical ambiance, grounding yourself after a day of discovery. Dinner is served under the African sky, accompanied by the sounds of the wilderness.

Day 3: Maasai Mara → Lake Naivasha – Evening Yoga

After breakfast, depart for Lake Naivasha, a 5–6 hour scenic drive through the Great Rift Valley, with opportunities to stop for photographs of rolling hills, farmland, and local Maasai villages.
Upon arrival at Lake Naivasha Resort, check in and unwind. In the late afternoon, enjoy a gentle yoga session (6:00–7:00 PM) by the lake, letting the calm waters, birdsong, and evening breeze guide your practice. Dinner at the resort concludes a peaceful evening by the lakeshore.

Day 4: Lake Naivasha – Morning Yoga, Boat Ride & Crescent Island Walk
Wake early for a sunrise yoga session (6:00–6:45 AM) on the lakeside terrace, allowing the tranquil morning atmosphere to energize your body and mind. After breakfast, embark on a boat ride on Lake Naivasha, observing hippos, kingfishers, and other birdlife. Later, take a guided walk on Crescent Island, a predator-free sanctuary where giraffes, zebras, and antelopes roam freely, providing a rare opportunity to walk safely among wildlife.
In the evening, return to the resort for a sunset yoga session (6:00–7:00 PM), releasing tension from the day’s activities. Dinner is served at the resort, and a restful night follows amid the soothing sounds of the lake.

Begin the day with sunrise yoga (6:00–6:45 AM) at the resort, energizing your body for travel. After breakfast, depart for Amboseli National Park, a 6–7 hour drive through the scenic Rift Valley, with dramatic escarpments and picturesque farmland en route.
Arrive at Sopa Lodge Amboseli, check in, and enjoy a light lunch before embarking on your afternoon game drive, where large elephant herds roam with Mount Kilimanjaro providing a stunning backdrop. As the sun begins to set, gather for an evening yoga session (6:00–7:00 PM), gently stretching and meditating while soaking in the serene views of the park. Dinner follows at the lodge.

After breakfast, enjoy a full-day safari across Amboseli National Park, including a picnic lunch in the park. Return to the lodge in the late afternoon for a sunset yoga session (6:00–7:00 PM), unwinding after a day of wildlife encounters. Dinner is served at the lodge under the African night sky.

Start your final day with a farewell yoga session (6:00–6:45 AM) at the lodge, reflecting on your journey and practicing gratitude for the experiences of the week. After breakfast, depart for Nairobi, a 4–5 hour drive with optional scenic stops along the Rift Valley for photographs and short walks.
Upon arrival in Nairobi, transfer to your hotel or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for onward travel. Take with you memories of sunrise and sunset yoga in stunning landscapes, thrilling wildlife encounters, and deep connections with Kenya’s natural and cultural heritage.
