• All flights are subject to weather and visibility conditions.
• Smoking, food, and beverages are not permitted on helicopter flights.
• Children aged 2 years and above are allowed on board.
• A maximum of 5 passengers is permitted per Dubai helicopter tour.
• Passengers exceeding the 140 kg weight limit will not be permitted to fly.
• Passengers must arrive 45 minutes prior to the flight time.
• Pregnant women may fly only during the first 32 weeks of pregnancy or at their own discretion and risk.
• Tour routes may vary due to air traffic control requirements or other operational and safety considerations.
• Pick-up will be arranged from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, and Marina).
• Carry your original passport for the helicopter ride - e-copies are not accepted.
• Failure to comply with the rules or arrival time will be treated as a no-show.
