Journey to Elmina Castle
- After breakfast, check out and depart for Elmina.
- Visit Elmina Castle, built by the Portuguese in 1482, and learn about the trans-Atlantic slave trade.
- Walk through the dungeons and courtyards, reflecting on the history and legacy of the enslaved Africans.

Day 05
Kakum Rainforest and Cape Coast Castle
- After breakfast, depart for Cape Coast and explore Kakum National Park.
- Choose between a guided nature walk or the exhilarating canopy walkway suspended 40 metres above the forest floor.
- After lunch on your own, tour the Cape Coast Castle and the Door of No Return, understanding the realities of the slave trade.
