Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,400 m / 4,600 ft)
- Arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu.
Meet Namaste Nepal Trekking & Research Hub representative at the airport and transfer to your pre-booked hotel.
Attend a pre-trip briefing with your trekking guide, complete necessary documentation, and ask any questions regarding the trek.
Explore Kathmandu city in the evening, visit Thamel, and enjoy your first Nepali dinner.

Day 2: Sightseeing Tour of Kathmandu Valley (1,400 m / 4,600 ft)
- Visit Swambhunath Stupa (Monkey Temple) for panoramic views of Kathmandu Valley.
Explore Pashupatinath Temple, observing Hindu rituals from across the Bagmati River.
Visit Boudhanath Stupa, one of the holiest Buddhist sites in Nepal.
Explore Patan Durbar Square and learn about traditional Newari architecture.
Walk through Kathmandu Durbar Square, seeing pagoda-style temples, ancient royal palaces, and the Living Goddess Kumari.

Day 3: Drive from Kathmandu to Jagat (1,300 m)
- Depart early morning from Kathmandu to Jagat via private vehicle.
Stop at Naubise for breakfast and Muglin for cultural immersion.
Pass through Dumre and Besisahar, enjoying panoramic views of Marsyangdi River Valley.
Transfer to a 4WD vehicle for an adventurous off-road drive along the Marsyangdi River to Jagat.
Arrive in Jagat, check-in at the tea house, and attend a briefing session.

Day 4: Trek from Jagat to Dharapani (1,860 m)
- Begin trekking across a suspension bridge and follow a rocky, forested trail along Marsyangdi River.
Reach Tal village, rest, and take photographs of waterfalls and stone houses.
Continue trekking through pine forests and small settlements to Lower Dharapani.
Arrive at Dharapani and stay overnight in a cozy tea house.

Day 5: Trek from Dharapani to Koto (2,670 m)
- Walk through the village of Bagarchhap and pass a local monastery.
Trek to Danaque, ascending gradually through thinning forests and rugged terrain.
Climb steeply toward Timang for spectacular views of Mount Manaslu and Peak 29.
Continue through dense forests to Latamarang for lunch.
Trek to Koto and rest overnight in a tea house.

Day 6: Trek from Koto to Meta (3,330 m)
- Register permits at the police checkpoint in Koto.
Trek along the Soti Khola River through lush pine forests, crossing multiple suspension bridges.
Rest at Dharamshala and then ascend gradually to Meta Village.
Enjoy panoramic views of Annapurna II and Lamjung Himal.

Day 7: Trek from Meta to Phu Gaon (3,800 m)
- Trek through gentle ascents and descents across rolling hills and mountain streams.
Explore Kyang, an ancient Khampa settlement with old forts and ruins.
Follow the Phu Khola River through rocky landscapes.
Arrive at Phu Gaon, experience Tibetan-influenced culture, and stay overnight in a tea house.

Day 8: Trek from Phu Gaon to Nar (4,200 m)
- Ascend through alpine terrain, crossing Phu Pass (5,050 m) and Nar Pass (5,400 m).
Cross Mahendra Pul and enjoy panoramic views of Pisang Peaks and surrounding mountains.
Descend to Nar Village, experiencing the remote Tibetan culture and traditional lifestyle.

Day 9: Acclimatization and Exploration at Nar
- Rest and acclimatize in Nar Valley.
Explore local culture and interact with Lama, Gurung, and Ghale communities.
Visit Tashi Lhakhang Monastery and observe Tibetan Buddhist practices.
Enjoy stunning views of Himlung Himal and surrounding peaks.
Return to Phu Gaon for overnight stay.

Day 10: Trek from Nar to Kang La Pass to Ngawal (3,600 m)
- Trek through yak pastures near Temdenzon Khola to Jhombu Kharka (Kang La base camp).
Ascend steeply to Kang La Pass (5,306 m) and enjoy panoramic views of Annapurna II, Gangapurna, and Tilicho Peak.
Descend for approximately three hours to Ngawal Village and rest overnight.

Day 11: Trek from Ngawal to Manang (3,540 m)
- Follow the trail along the Marsyangdi River, passing Braga and Paugh villages.
Observe traditional mountain life and architecture.
Reach Mungli and merge with the Annapurna trekking trail.
Arrive in Manang for overnight stay and acclimatization.

Day 12: Trek from Manang to Yak Kharka (4,050 m)
- Cross a gentle stream and ascend toward Tenki village.
Trek through Jarsang Khola Valley and open pastures with juniper trees.
Pass Ghunsa village and an ancient Mani wall reflecting Tibetan heritage.
Arrive at Yak Kharka and enjoy overnight stay.

- Trek toward Thorong Phedi, base camp for Thorong La Pass.

Day 14: Trek from Thorong Phedi to Thorong La Pass to Muktinath (3,800 m)
- Ascend to Thorong La Pass, the highest point of the trek.

Descend steeply to Muktinath, a sacred pilgrimage site with 108 holy springs and an eternal flame.
Explore the temple complex and stay overnight in Muktinath.

Day 15: Trek from Muktinath to Jomsom (2,710 m)
- Descend through Kali Gandaki Gorge, one of the deepest gorges in the world.
Pass traditional Tibetan-style villages such as Jharkot and Khingar.

Day 16: Fly from Jomsom to Pokhara (820 m)
- Take an early morning flight from Jomsom to Pokhara, enjoying aerial views of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges.
Transfer to your hotel in Pokhara and check-in.
Explore Pokhara city, visiting Phewa Lake, Tal Barahi Temple, World Peace Pagoda, Devi’s Fall, Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave, Sarangkot viewpoint, Bindhyabasini Temple, and International Mountain Museum.
Stay overnight in Pokhara.

Day 17: Drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu (1,400 m)
- Depart Pokhara after breakfast for a scenic drive back to Kathmandu.
