Days 10-39: Acclimatisation & Rotations (Camp I, II, III)
The mountain teaches us patience. We ascend and descend in planned rotations, building strength and knowledge of the route.
Camp I (6,065m): Hidden beyond the Khumbu Icefall - an ocean of creaking ice and trembling ladders.
Camp II (6,750m): Nestled under the soaring Lhotse Face, a wind-battered outpost where we rest and regroup.
Camp III (7,300m): Perched on the Lhotse wall, this icy ledge tests nerves and lungs. Each rotation adds depth to our readiness. Friendships deepen, skills sharpen, and the summit begins to whisper more clearly.
Between climbs, rest days at Base Camp become moments of meditation and bonding. Every ascent shapes the soul a little more.
-

- The final approach begins as a perfect summit window opens.
- Camp IV/South Col (7,900m): Step onto the doorstep of the Death Zone.
