Itinerary

1. Day 1 – Arrival in Kathmandu (1,400m)

   • Arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport, meet our representative.
   • Transfer to pre-booked hotel in Kathmandu.
   • Pre-trip briefing and introduction to trekking guide.
   • Optional short walk to nearby cultural sites or Thamel area.

2. Day 2 – Kathmandu Valley Sightseeing (1,400m)

   • Full-day guided tour of Kathmandu Valley in private vehicle.
   • Visit Swayambhunath Stupa (Monkey Temple).
   • Explore Pashupatinath Temple (Hindu pilgrimage site).
   • See Boudhanath Stupa and Tibetan Buddhist culture.
   • Visit Patan Durbar Square and Kathmandu Durbar Square.

3. Day 3 – Drive to Machhakhola (930m)

   • Early breakfast and depart for Machhakhola.
   • Scenic 7–8 hour drive through rural villages and terraced fields.
   • Enjoy views of Ganesh Himal, Manaslu, and Shingri Himal.

   Overnight stay in Machhakhola riverside settlement.

4. Day 4 – Trek Machhakhola to Jagat (1,370m)

   • Trek 6–7 hours along Budhi Gandaki River.
   • Pass Tharo Khola and Khorlabesi villages.
   • Visit Tatopani hot springs for rest and relaxation.
   • Ascend through Dobhan forests and ridges to Jagat.

5. Day 5 – Trek Jagat to Deng (1,830m)

   • Trek through lush sub-tropical forests, waterfalls, and terraced hills.
   • Pass Salleri, Sirdibas, and Philim village (Gurung culture).
   • Cross suspension bridges and enjoy panoramic Himalayan views.
   • Arrive at Deng for overnight stay.

6. Day 6 – Trek Deng to Namrung (2,540m)

   • Ascend gradually into the Tibetan-influenced region.
   • Walk through forests, Buddhist shrines, prayer wheels, and Mani walls.
   • Pass picturesque villages like Pork.
   • Arrive in Namrung village for overnight stay.

7. Day 7 – Trek Namrung to Lho (3,180m)

   • Early morning views of Sringi Himal, Ganesh Himal, and Buddha Himal.
   • Trek through pine and rhododendron forests, monasteries, and barley fields.
   • Witness first close views of Mount Manaslu.

   Overnight stay in Lho village.

8. Day 8 – Trek Lho to Samagaun (3,390m)

   • Trail passes alpine meadows, Mani walls, and prayer flags.
   • Visit Ribung Monastery and Shyala Village.
   • Explore panoramic views of Himal Chuli, Ngadi Chuli, and Ganesh Himal.
   • Optional side trips: Pungyen Gompa, Manaslu Base Camp, or Birendra Tal.

9. Day 9 – Acclimatization in Samagaun

   • Rest and acclimatization for high-altitude trekking.
   • Optional short hikes for views, photography, or local village exploration.

10. Day 10 – Trek Samagaun to Samdo (3,860m)

    • Trek through scenic valleys with Tibetan Buddhist villages.
    • Witness yak herding, sheep farming, and barley fields.
    • Explore remote culture and local village life.

11. Day 11 – Trek Samdo to Dharmasala (4,460m)

    • Cross wooden bridges and approach Larkya Glacier.
    • Ascend steadily through high-altitude alpine terrain.

    Overnight stay at Dharmasala base camp, preparing for Larkya La Pass.

12. Day 12 – Larkya La Pass (5,213m) to Bhimtang (3,720m)

    • Cross one of the highest Himalayan passes.
    • Enjoy panoramic views of Himlung Himal, Chap Himal, Kang Guru, Annapurna II.
    • Descend to Bhimtang through alpine meadows and forests.

13. Day 13 – Trek Bhimtang to Tilje to Dharapani (1,860m)

    • Trek descending through rhododendron forests and narrow valleys.
    • Pass villages Gho and Tilje.
    • Reach Dharapani for overnight stay.

14. Day 14 – Drive Dharapani to Besisahar, then Kathmandu (1,400m)

    • Scenic jeep drive to Besisahar.
    • Private vehicle transfer to Kathmandu.
    • Farewell dinner with cultural performances.

15. Day 15 – Departure from Kathmandu

    • Leisurely stroll or souvenir shopping in Kathmandu.
    • Transfer to Tribhuvan International Airport for onward flight.
