    • Connect with your tour guide at 9 am, who will pick you up from your accommodation to start your exploration of Taqah.
    • Take a photo stop for the magical coastal town and beach and enjoy the beach view from the top (Panorama Place). 
    • Afterwards, head to Dhofar Mountain to see Wadi Darbat and the waterfall. 
    • The next stop is one of the world’s largest Sink Holes (211 m deep & 150 m in diameter), situated at Tawi Altair – also known as the ‘Well of Birds. 
    • Continue the journey into the mountain range of Jabal Samhan to a breathtaking plateau at almost 1700m. 
    • Then, see the unique Baobab Trees and Desert Roses at Taqah Beach. 
    • Afterwards, visit the old capital of Dhofar, Mirbat and its harbour and stroll through the old town to see a wonderful collection of old Dhofari-style houses.

  • Darbat Lake, situated at the heart of Wadi Darbat, is a marvellous picnic spot. It is a perfect place for visitors to take short boat rides or have barbecue dinners near the shores.
