The itinerary

Day 01

Yangon to Kyaiktiyo Pagoda via Bago

• Pick up at 6 a.m. from your hotel in Yangon and have breakfast in Bago town.

• Arrive at Kinpum Camp at around 11 a.m. From here, take a shared truck to the top of the mountain, a drive of about one hour, to see Kyaiktiyo Pagoda, also known as Golden Rock. Stay here for about an hour. After that, return by shared truck to Kinpum Camp for a lunch break.

• Stop in Bago to see the Four Sitting Buddha statue from the outside, and also behold Htauk Kyant War Cemetery.

• Head back to Yangon at around 6 p.m.
