Discover various species of animals and three species of Baobab in the west coast of Madagascar. The west coast is famous for its baobab and Kirindy forest reserve which hosts 50 species of reptiles, 7 species of chameleons, 8 species of lemurs, and carnivore animal which can be seen during the night walk.

Day 1- Fom abroad to Antananarivo expand_more
- Get pick up and transfer from the airport to your Hotel

- Overnight in Antananarivo ( B&B)

Day 2-Antananarivo (Tana) expand_more
Explore the Zoological and Botanical Park of Tsimbazaza. It is located just north of the National Assembly of Madagascar building.
Visit the Croc Farm near the airport where you can see hundreds of crocodiles, chameleoms, tortoises, the carnivorous animal called Fossa and some species of snakes and lizards.

Day 3- Tana-Antsirabe expand_more
Drive to Antsirabe, passing by Ambatolampy (NR7).
Travel through the highland to admire its landscape.
Take a city tour in Antsirabe.
Visit Lake Andraikiba, a volcano lake in nature.
Visit the minerals market in Antsrabe
Visit the zebu horns and the tiny toys workshops in Antsirabe.
Spend the night in Antsirabe

Day 4- Antsirabe-Morondava (480km) expand_more
- a full day driving to Morondava
- Stop in Betafo to see a beautifull waterfall. the best season to have a good photos is from January to March
Stop on the road side to see the gold miners on working
Lunch in Miandrivazo
After lunch, keep Driving to Morondava through the dry forest of the west coast of Madagascar.
Night in Morondava at Le Renala sable d'Or

Day 5- Morondava-Kirindy (70km Track) expand_more
Drive to Kirindy early in the morning. Travel for 3-4 hours in the Reserve of Kirindy.
Lunch in a restaurant in Kirindy forest.
Go back to Morondava and on the way back, visit the famous Baobab in love and admire the sunset at the avenue of Baobab.

Relax on the Kimony beach all day.

Night in Antsirabe at Le Royal Palace.

What to bring
Please bring the following items during the tour:
Depending on the season,
During the dry season from August to December, you need to bring light clothing
During the rainy season from December to March, you need to bring raincoat
During the winter, from April to July, you need to bring warm clothing.
Through all seasons, you have to wear hard shoes while trekking, especially when you trek through Tsingy National park
Do not forget to bring your cream solar, mosquito repellent and flash light. Sometimes, the power does not work 24/7 in the country side of Madagascar.
Know before you go
- Hiring a local guide is mandatory when you visit any park in Madagascar
- If you bring USD bill, make sure that the bill is issued after 2010. In Madagascar, no money changer company accepts the USD bll issued before 2010
- Wearing face mask is still mandatory when in a crowded and coffined place
- Covid-19 Vaccin pass is required at the airport
