Explore Jaisalmer
- Meet the tour guide at Garisar Lake, which is situated in the heart of the city. This serene lake provides a calm and peaceful environment, and it is the perfect place to start your day. You can spend around 45 minutes to 1 hour at the lake, enjoying the beautiful views and taking some amazing pictures.
- Next, we will drive for around 10 minutes to reach the famous Golden Fort of Jaisalmer. It is one of the forts where still 3000 people live. This fort is located in the upper town, and it is known for its magnificent architecture, Jain and Hindu temples, and the Royal Palace Museum. We will take a walk around the fort, exploring its beautiful architecture and learning about its rich history.
- From the fort, we will head towards Canon point, which offers breathtaking views of the city. You can take some amazing pictures and enjoy the stunning views of the city from this point.
- After that, we will visit the Hawelis, which are the traditional mansions of Jaisalmer. We will visit some of the most famous Hawelis, including Nathmal, Patwa Salim Singh, and Mandir Palace. These Hawelis are known for their beautiful architecture, intricate carvings, and stunning artwork.
