Walk through The Scenic Village of Luarca
- We will start from the foundational place of the village and the meeting point for the Sailors Guild in medieval times. Next, we will see the Chapel of la 'Virgen de la Blanca', where a gothic statue has been there since the first half of the 16th century. The statue has an exciting story; your guide will be pleased to explain it to you.
- We will then walk downtown by the seaside to visit the port, the Jewish quarters, two sailors' neighbourhoods, the magnificent town hall, which is built in 'Indian style', two baroque palaces and an essential set of Indian buildings which were constructed during the end of 19th century and the beginning of the 20th. We will finish our tour at the Modernist Mansion and its florid gardens.
