I just went in August'17 to a 11 day trip to Sri Lanka with my boyfriend and we chose Kody for the reviews he had... and they were totally right! He is a great person, always willing to do everything to make the clients happy. He showed us many places we did not know about even if they were not on the way, he would deviate to show us as much as he could. Also he took us to a place to change money were we got a much better rate than the airport, he got us discounts in the safari and many many other details like that 

We really enjoyed the time with him and he became a friend! He is super open for any suggestions or things you would like to do so that makes it very confortable as he suggests places but you can always choose to go to another place if you want, he is very flexible. Also he taught us a lot about the culture of the country, buddhism and everything... one night he even bought us a bottle of the typical Sri Lanka drink (arrack) and we drank it together!

I would really recommend Kody, is very important to have a driver and guide that takes care of you and wants to give you the best in your vacation and also if you want to see  as much as you can in the country in a few days is key to have a person that takes you to the relevant places and you do not have take buses or tuc tucs. 

Conclusion is... choose Kody!!

Kody was a truly excellent tour guide. We initially hired him for 5 days, then another 5. He said to call us if we had problems and when our transport for a bigger group didn't work out, we called him and he figured out a larger bus and drove us around for another 6 days. But the best thing was that he was a genuinely working in our interest all the time - works diigently, plans ahead and does what we asked. The kids loved him! And a very safe driver, very cautious which is sometimes important in Sri Lanka.
