My partner and I have had the greatest pleasure of being chauffeured and guided by Ranjith for the last six days around the most beautiful places in Sri Lanka. He is an excellent guide, with an intimate and in depth knowledge on all aspects of his country, culture, wildlife, resources and history, which he obviously loves passionately. I cannot think of a better guide to show anyone around the country.

He is one of the most polite and considerate men we have ever met, with a great sense of humour and a beautiful smile. He offers information about his country, culture and wildlife all the time on the journey, always suggesting places to see things and pointing them out on the route.

Nothing was too much trouble for him including unscheduled stops to toilets, ATM machines, pharmacies and even a shop to purchase my first sarong.

As an advanced trained driver I consider his driving skills to be exceptionally good, especially on the often challenging Sri Lankan roads. He was always in control and his perception of other drivers actions was very good. The vehicle was kept spotlessly clean each day and I am sure that it was maintained daily to the same standard. He was always aware of the route and never had to consult a map or Sat Nav system. He was considerate enough to give advanced warnings of any upcoming adverse road conditions and always drove through these areas with the greatest care for the car and its passengers. Never once did we feel that our safety was compromised.

We will visit Sri Lanka again and Ranjith will be our first point of call - we would strongly recommend him to anyone looking to travel the country, we can't imagine anyone else to be any better than him.

We had the pleasure of taking a two day tour of Kandy & Sigiriya with Ranjith, which in hindsight was far too short. His depth of knowledge of the sites was extremely good and his passion for the history and traditions of the beautiful island of Sri Lanka come shining through. He is a very well spoken man and he relates facinating facts on a very wide range of subjects whilst effortlessly steering the car through a sea of three wheelers, cycles and buses which weren't always on the right side of the road! 

We couldn't recommend Ranjith highly enough, we certainly hope to go on further tours with him when next in Sri Lanka and would urge anyone who is considering visiting the Island to contact him.

Ranjith was an excellent guide. He took us around Sri Lanka for 6 days. His knowledge on all aspects of the country, its culture and its history was outstanding. We simply could not have asked for a better person to show us around. 

He is kind, considerate, very polite and has a great sense of humour - we always felt we had some fantastic activities each day but also that we could do it at a pace that suited us. 

He also made a special effort to ensure we were always checked in at our hotels OK and was prompt and on time each morning. Crucially he was an excellent driver and helped us feel very comfortable on the sometimes scary Sri Lankan roads! 

We will certainly visit Sri Lanka again and Ranjith will be our first point of call - we would strongly recommend him to anyone looking to travel the country, we can't imagine anyone else to be any better than him.

We would highly recommend the guiding services of Ranjith and feel we were very lucky to have been paired up with him as our Sri Lankan tour guide for 12 days.  From the moment of arrival, you feel sincerely welcomed and your needs anticipated and taken care of. He has a wealth of knowledge on the Sri Lanka people, culture and history and is completely flexible in terms of what interests you and if you want to deviate from your original program as your interests and knowledge on the country increases. He was both our driver and guide and was cautious and careful and we felt completely safe with him.  We feel we have learned more about the Sri Lankan country and people than any other guide we have ever been with. His English was great and he has so much knowledge on the world in general that our long day trips were always informative and full of lively conversation. There were many kind gestures throughout our trip that made it extra special because of him. We covered about 1500km from Colombo, Mirissa, the Tea Trails in Hatton, Kandy, and Dambulla so feel like we experienced the country completely with him. You will not be disappointed!!
