Our chauffeur, Prasanna Lal, is not only a superbly organised professional who is very reliable, punctual and flexible, but a beautiful human being, who is passionate about his extraordinary country that he has a deep knowledge and love for.

Prasanna ensured we maximised every day of our 11-day itinerary by taking us to the most spectacular tourist sights mixed with some hidden gems, made excellent restaurant recommendations (our favourites were the suggestions where we got to experience traditional Sri-Lankan cuisine as the locals do) and importantly he is the most patient, careful driver. His genuine kindness and caring went beyond anything we could have imagined, ensuring our car was always clean and comfortable, we had ample water for each hot, humid day and there was nothing we missed doing along each day’s route.

We know our amazing holiday in Sri-Lanka is one of the most memorable trips we have ever had due to Prasanna. We feel we have made a friend for life with him and his beautiful wife and daughter.
