The 4 of us have just come back from a great holiday in South Africa. One of the great highlights was the 2 days we spent in the Drakensberg Mountains (at Witsieshoek Lodge). We hired Zee to take us to the top spots and we had a great time in her company. On Day 1 she took us to the Amphitheatre, Sentinel Peak and Tugela Falls via the pretty scary chain ladders (see http://www.witsieshoek.co.za/activities/hiking-trails/chain-ladder-via-sentinel). One of us has a pretty bad head for heights but Zee's calm but firm approach gave her the confidence to scale the 2 ladders - it was a real relief and confidence booster having her there. On Day 2 we went into Lesotho, drank some home brewed beer, visited a local primary school (which Zee helps fund), climbed another bill hill and looked at the San rock art. To finish off we stopped by in a local township to have a couple of beers.A great day out on many scores. Throughout our time together we found Zee to be great fun, knowledgable and not afraid to talk honestly about what actually goes in South Africa (e.g. the apparent separation between blacks and whites). We have no hesitation in recommending Zee. John & Sue, Nick & Ceri (from the UK).
