    • On this tour, the guests shall be picked up from their hotel and taken to a local Indian Kitchen. 
    • Then the guests shall be given Indian dresses and some money to buy seasonal vegetables. 
    • The guests shall be accompanied by me to the nearby vegetable market, from where like other Indians, bargaining is necessary.
    • The Guests shall come back to the kitchen and then shall be supervised and assisted in cooking food in Indian style on age-old Indian utensils and in style.
    • After the cooking class, the guests shall be made to sit comfortably and served food in the age-old Indian style of dishes made of the leaf (biodegradable).
    • After the food tour, the guests will be given a short lecture on Ayurvedic cooking and eating Food.
    • The Guests shall be left in the hotel.
