Embark on a 3-day journey to Kafue National Park covers a massive area in western Zambia. It’s known for its abundant wildlife and the Kafue River, running north to south through the park. In the north, the fertile Busanga Plains are home to lions, zebras, abundant birdlife and the sycamore fig trees of Busanga Swamps.

Itinerary

Day 1- Travel from Livingstone to Kafue National Park (Central Region)
- You will travel from Livingstone using the dundumwezi road enroute to Kafue National park 392km.
- Check in at Mwamfushi Lodge located along the banks of the Kafue River.
NOTE: no activities upon arrival
Day 2- Full day game drive in Kafue National Park
- Wake up at 05 am, take a shower, then eat your breakfast at 05:30 am.
- Pick up time 6 am
- Activities on this day:
- Morning Game drive in Kafue National Park
- Mountain hiking
- Sunset Cruise
- In the evening, eat your delicious dinner, and then retire to sleep.
Day 3- Travel From Kafue to Livingstone
- Wake up at 05:30am.
- Take a shower then at 6:00am check out from the Lodge (Mwamfushi) then eat your breakfast. Pick up time 06:30am.
You will travel from Kafue National Park to Livingstone Dundumwezi road 392km . End of Tour.
