Kirstenboch Gardens, Strandfontien Sewage Works & Cape point bird watching tour
Start the day at Kirstenboch Gardens. Walk and cover a number of different habitats to encounter some of the fynbos and forest species. Witness Cape Sugarbird, Orange breasted Sunbird, Blue mantled Crested Flycatcher and a number of raptors.
Head to Strandfontien Sewage Works and watch the aquatic species as well as the seabirds that are frequent in the area.
Continue towards the Cape Point via Boulders beach to see African Penguins and spend time around the Cape Point area focusing on fynbos and mountain species such as Cape Rock Thrush and Mocking Cliff Chat.
Return to Kirstenboch Gardens at the end of the day.
