1. 2 Line Kiting

   If you want to get into power kites, a 2 line kiting course is the ideal place to start. This course will give you the confidence to fly two line power kites safely and also, the core skills to progress onto a four line kiting course.

   In this lesson we cover:

   1. Assessing flying site

   2. Setting up kites

   3. Checking equipment safety

   4. Using the 'wind window'

   5. Launching and landing

   6. Landing in an emergency

   7. Building up traction

   8. Packing away safely

2. 4 Line Kiting

   4 line kites are a serious challenge delivering more power than 2 line kites. So much so they need brakes, hence the extra 2 lines.
   By using brakes you can get a dazzling array of spins, turns, stalls and some very serious power by 'dead spotting' the kite in the strongest bit of the wind.
   If you want to get into kite buggying, this is the ideal next course to do. Whilst attending a 2 line kiting course beforehand isn't essential, it will better to prepare you for the course ahead.

   4. Launching and landing

   5. Landing in an emergency

   6. Simple kite turns

   7. Brake turns

   8. Reverse launching

   9. Building up traction

   10. Packing away safely

3. Kite Buggying

   Now that you've done your four line kiting course, you're ready for the hi-speed world of buggying. Buggies are three wheeled go-karts which uses kites for power. Being sat so low to the ground, you'll get an immediate rush as you race around and learn how to carve and tack up upwind.

   4. Starting and stopping

   5. Stopping in an emergency

   6. Developing speed

   7. Tacking upwind

   8. Using the wind window
