I studied @ Livingstone Tourism Academy in 2007 and I Qualified there too.I have been working since then at only 5-star hotels, Table Bay Hotel,12 Apostles Hotel and presently I'm based at Mount Nelson Hotel for the past 4 years. Being at these hotels gave me the experience of dealing with international and high-profile guests, many reviews too. I try to enhance my knowledge by doing courses in the industry and keeping abreast with the interest of guests. Tours around the Cape areas include:1.
