Itinerary

1. Day 1: Arrival in Hanoi

   • Pick up by a local tour guide and private transfer to the city center for hotel check-in at Hanoi.
   • Relax at the hotel to get off the jet lag.

2. Day 2: Hanoi City Tour

   • Spend this day to explore charming city Hanoi and get to know more about Vietnam.
   • On this day, you will explore the following places:
     • Visit Tran Quoc Pagoda and learn about the Mahayana Buddhism practices and beliefs in Vietnam
     • Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum
     • Spot the Presidential Palace
     • One-Pillar Pagoda
     • Old houses of Ho Chi Minh President
   • Enjoy delicious Vietnamese dishes during lunch break.
   • After lunch, continue exploring:
     • The Temple of Literature
     • The Confucius Temple
     • The First University in Vietnam
     • Hoan Kiem Lake
     • Old Quarter of Hanoi
   • Shop at small stores of high-end items and souvenirs and boutique hotels.
   • Explore small but crowded street food restaurants, top-notch night bars, and beer clubs.
   • Finish your stroll around Hanoi Old Quarter, return to your hotel for overnight and relax.

3. Day 3: Hanoi - Halong Bay

   • Leave Hanoi in the morning for the overnight cruise over Halong Bay a UNESCO Heritage Site of Vietnam.
   • On the boat, enjoy relaxing moments and contemplate captivating scenes of thousands of karst mountains on the jade emerald water bay.
   • You can hike to Halong Bay dried Cave and admire the stunning cavities decorated with variant stalactites and stalagmites. Then, enjoy kayaking on the Bay and get closer to the rocks and islands.
   • Enjoy leisure time on the boat with a sunset tea break.
   • Savour authentic Vietnamese cuisine and fresh seafood.

4. Day 4: Halong Bay – Hanoi – Ho Chi Minh City

   • On the second day on Halong Bay, view more of Halong Bay by hiking up to one of its islands for an awe-inspiring panorama view of Halong Bay.
   • After the outdoor sightseeing, the crew will carry on its journey, passing the other parts of Halong Bay and returning to the mainland.
   • Get off the boat at noon and travel to the airport for your flight to Ho Chi Minh City in southern Vietnam.
   • Upon arrival, meet your local tour guide and head to the Ho Chi Minh City hotel.
   • Relax during the day and enjoy the night walking in the streets of Nguyen Hue and Bui Vien to see local life and try street food or chill out at a rooftop bar in Saigon and cast the view over this sleepless city of Vietnam.

5. Day 5: Ho Chi Minh City – Cu Chi Tunnels

   • Explore the main attractions in Ho Chi Minh City and continue towards the Cu Chi Tunnels.

6. Day 6: Mekong Delta

   • Spend a full day at the Mekong Delta sightseeing with boat cruising and visiting local places to learn more about southern Vietnam.
   • Drive by land from Ho Chi Minh City to Ben Tre, a luxuriant countryside renowned as the hometown of coconuts in Vietnam.
   • Board a local boat from Phong Nam Pier, cruise on An Hoa River and make stops to visit the local brick kiln, handicrafts and coconut candies-making factories.
   • Have lunch in a garden restaurant with delicious local dishes and have some pleasant.
   • Experience biking in the exotic Mekong Delta region of Vietnam, visit local houses and orchards of tropical fruits and learn more about their lifestyle.
   • The cruise will take you back to the mainland, and you will be driven to Ho Chi Minh City this late afternoon.

7. Day 7: Ho Chi Minh City – Siem Reap

   • After breakfast, enjoy leisure time alone, shopping, or going around town.
   • Check out from your hotel and travel to Tan Son Nhat Airport for your departure to Siem Reap.
   • Upon arrival, meet your local driver and tour guide and travel to the hotel for check-in.
   • Enjoy leisure time and relax for the day at your hotel.

8. Day 8: Siem Reap

   • Travel through the lush jungle to enter the Angkor complex, which includes around 72 main temples and construction sites. Visit Angkor Wat – the biggest temple in the area, built in the 12th century. Walk around the walls and admire the vivid carvings and sculptures showing the country’s history and culture.
   • Enter the Angkor Thom via the south gate and discover.
     • Bayon Temple of 54 pillars
     • Bakheng Temples
     • Terraces of Elephants
   • Finish the day at Ta Prohm Temple.

9. Day 9: Tonle Sap Lake – Phare Circus Show

   • Drive around 40 km (25 miles) to the Tonle Sap Lake to visit the Kompong Phluk floating village.
   • Return to Siem Reap late at noon and have free time to get around the town or chill at your hotel.
   • Transfer to see the show Phare – The Cambodian Circus for around 50 minutes.

10. Day 10: Siem Reap Departure

    • Check out of your hotel and traverse to the airport for departure.
