Itinerary

1. FLOATING MARKET

   • 3:00 am: Our tour guide will pick you up at your hotel (if it is in the city center) or meeting point and then take you to Can Tho, where the tour will start.
   • 5:30 am: You will board our boat to start the tour. The boat ride to the Cai Rang floating market takes about 30 minutes, during which you can enjoy watching the sunrise over the Mekong River.
   • 6:15 am: Arrival at the Cai Rang floating market. Our boat driver will take a slow tour around the market, allowing you to observe the local trading activities on the boats and immerse yourself in the lively atmosphere.
   • 7:00 am: Enjoy breakfast on the floating market while sitting on the boats, which is a must-do experience when visiting the market.
   • 7:45 am: Continue the tour by boat to a local noodle house, where you can make your own rice paper and noodles under the guidance of local experts.
   • 8:45 am: Proceed to the authentic small canals, considered one of the ten prettiest canals in the world. The leisurely boat ride along the canals provides an opportunity to connect with nature.
   • 9:45 am: Learn about cocoa trees and the process of making chocolates by hand.
   • 10:50 am: Return to the boat and head to Son Islet on the Mekong River to partake in the following activities:
     • Visit tropical fruit orchards (seasonal) to pick fruits and savour them on the spot as they are organic.
     • Explore a traditional Mekong Delta house and learn about traditional occupations through local stories.
     • Engage in making local cakes guided by local chefs, including Banh Khot, pop rice, and Vietnamese wafers.
     • Have lunch at a local house and relax in hammocks.
     • Take a stroll around the authentic island, visiting various fish ponds created by the locals.
     • Visit a floating fish farm on the Mekong River and enjoy watching the sunset over the river.
   • Around 5:00 pm, the tour concludes, and you will return to the city.
