Hoi An Cooking Class & River Cruise
Get picked up at your hotel between 8:00 to 8:15 by car or minivan by your Hoi An tour guide. Learn some Vietnamese words that can be used to bargain with local people at the market.
Receive help from your host by 8:30 to discover and exchange culinary culture between you and the local people through the selection of fresh, clean foods to prepare for your upcoming cooking class.
Take a short walk to Hoi An harbour. This port was once the busiest port of Southeast Asia in the 15th and 16th centuries.
Go for a boat ride at 9:15 from Hoi An harbour along the bank of the Thu Bon River to Cam Thanh fishing village for the cooking class (40 minutes).
Take a Bamboo Basket Boat short trip at 10:15 to enjoy and admire the unique eco coconut forest in the village before your cooking class starts.
Arrive at the cooking class at 11:00 and enjoy a welcome drink. A professional chef with many years of experience will demonstrate and share with you the steps to cook unique dishes that are only offered locally. Each of you will be cooking your own food and sharing the culinary experience of each person with us.
