Have breakfast, followed by pickup from the hotel. Drive to Salay village (approx. 2 hour drive from Bagan).
Arrive at Salay and visit Yoke-Sone-Kyaung, the museum of the famous Myanmar writer U Pone Nya and lacquerware man pagoda built in AD 1300.
Stop for lunch, and continue to Mt. Popa, an extinct volcano and home to Myanmar’s most powerful “Nats” or "Spirit Gods". Climb up to 777 steps of stairs to reach Popa mountain.
Depart from Mt. Popa and return to Bagan to back to your hotel.
