Itinerary

1. Day 1: Hanoi to Buoclom

   • 6:00 to 7:00 am - Pick up from your hotel in Hanoi old quarter to see Ba Bể National park.

   • 9:00 am - Stop for rest at Bo Dau village that's famous for it's special Chung cake.

   • 10:00 am - Visit the Duom Temple.

   • 12:00 pm - Arrival in Cho Ra town, wherein you can have lunch at any local restaurant.

   • 1:30 pm - Arrival at Buoclom wharf, from where you will go on a boat ride to Babe lake. Take a boat-trip along the Nang river here and stop at the Puong cave (famous for bats).

   • 3:30 pm - Visit to the Anma temple.

   • 5:30 pm - Hike to a nearby home stay (about 1 km) in Pac Ngoi village. This is a small village of Tay people (locals). 

   • 7:30 pm - Dinner with traditional Tay music performance (chargeable). If interested, you can share the fees of the show with other tourists at the home stay.

   Overnightstay at home stay.

2. Day 2: Ban Gioc Waterfalls & Cao Bang

   • 06:00 am - Enjoy your breakfast at the homestay and relax with a cup of coffee.

   • 07:00 am - Check out and get in a car to go to Cao Bang. You will see some beautiful passes here such as the Wind pass, Khau Khang pass, Tai Ho Sin Pass and Cao Bac pass.

   • 11:30 am - Have lunch at Quang Uyen town.

   • 1:300 pm - Visit the beautiful Ban Gioc Waterfall.

   • 3:00 pm - Continue to Nguom Ngao cave, one of the most beautiful caves in the North of Vietnam with 3 km long in total. It has majestic stalactites and stalagmites system.

   • 5:30 pm - Proceed to Phu Sen village followed by a return drive to Cao Bang.

   Dinner and overnight stay at Cao Bang.

3. Day 3: Cao Bang & Return to Hanoi

   Option 1: 

   • 6:00 am - To visit the Pac Bo site, check out at this time. Have breakfast after your arrival at Pac Bo, a historic site with beautiful green scenery all around. 

   • 8:45 am - Back to Cao Bang where you will be further transferred for flight departures accordingly. 

   Option 2:

   • 7:00 am - Have breakfast, free time for rest or shopping at Cao Bang market.

   • 8:00 am - Check out.

   • 8:45 am - Transfer to Lang Son.

   • 12:00 - Have lunch in a local restaurant on the top of Wind pass.

   • 18:30 - Return to Hanoi.
