Rural Experience at Thuy Bieu
Meet your tour guide in Hue at 8:30 a.m. and pedal your way on a bicycle to Thuy Bieu village.
Visit the Luong Quan temple, a place of worship of the village goddess and an annual gathering place during the Tet holidays.
Cycle through shady pomelo gardens to the ancient garden house.
Interact with local farmers in the area who also make incense sticks. Get a deeper perspective on their daily lives.
Connect with young village artists. Examine their art pieces that reflect peacefulness and prosperity in life, and observe the significance of animals in their lives.
Around 11:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m, relish a lunch prepared by local women with indigenous ingredients.
After lunch, try your hands at making a pomelo skin jam with the guidance of experts. You can take home your batch of pomelo jam.
Leave Thuy Bieu village around 1:00 - 1:30 p.m. and cycle back to Hue with your guide.
