- Meet your tour guide at 8:00 a.m. or 1:00 p.m., and head to a famous local restaurant in Ho Chi Minh to enjoy:
  - Beef noodles soup– a variety of noodle soups originated in Central Vietnam.
  - Sugarcane juice– a naturally sweet beverage made by mixing Kumquat to balance the taste.
  - Betel leaf wrapped around beef– one of the most popular dishes in Vietnam with an attractive taste and smell.
- Visit Nguyen Thien Thuat Street, one of Saigon's most famous street food. Taste the local dishes and stroll through the streets to learn about local history and get a glimpse into the daily lives of local people.
- Stop to enjoy Bo La Lot, one of Vietnam's most famous street dishes and visit the biggest flower market in Saigon, where flowers are received from all parts of Vietnam.
- Proceed to another local restaurant to try broken rice with BBQ pork or Vietnamese pancake with wild vegetables.
- Head to District 5 to explore the Chinese heritage and "Thien Hau" while having coffee or tea.

Ho Thi Ky- It has been the biggest wholesale flower market in Saigon since 1987, famous for fresh and colourful flowers from different parts of Vietnam. This market is open 24/7 and is always bustling, rusty and energetic, especially during special events and holidays.

District 4- It is a street food paradise considered true heaven for the foodie with a low budget. Tourists can have a real taste of Vietnam's various types of street food, such as banh mi, Banh Trang Tron (rice cake mixed), Banh Trang Nuong (crispy Vietnamese pizza), etc.

Bun bo (Hue beef noodle soup)- It is a popular Vietnamese spicy soup from Hue (a small province located in Central Vietnam). Its ingredients contain rice vermicelli, beef and some kinds of fresh vegetables. The dish is greatly admired for its balance of spicy, sour, salty and umami flavours.

Banh Xeo (Crispy Vietnamese crepe)- It is made from rice flour and coconut milk with a filling of mung bean paste, prawns, bean sprouts, and slices of boiled pork. Banh Xeo is Vietnamese finger food. These slices are wrapped in an array of vegetables and are eaten with sweetened fish sauce.

Banh mi ( Vietnamese bread )- Mentioned as the best street food worldwide by Condé Nast Traveler magazine, banh mi has been listed as a must-try dish when coming to Vietnam. It is stuffed with meat, vegetable, butter, one or two tablespoons of meat and chilli sauce. Moreover, the fillings can be customized.

Caramel Flan- In Vietnam, flan is a common dessert made of eggs, milk, condensed milk, and caramel. After the base is made, the flan is flipped into a plate and topped with shaved ice. The balance between greasy and sweet flavours makes it an attractive dish.
