3 Hours Cooking Class
- 9:00 AM Our dragon boat will pick up the group at Toa Kham wharf and start cruising on Perfume River.
- Stop for a visit to the typical Thien Mu Pagoda, a historic temple symbolising Hue's romantic city.
- Head back to the boat for a scenic cruise to Hue Ecolodge, where our local guides are ready to wait and welcome you to visit Thuy Bieu Eco-village, an authentic village representing the countryside of Hue with the clear notion of "garden -home".
- Depart to Thuy Bieu local market with our local guide, stroll around & buy the necessary ingredients for cooking class.
- Prepare a meal for yourself under the instruction of our chef.
- Vả trộn (vả unripe fruits sliced into pieces mixed with herbs)
- Khoái cake (a pan-fried crepe, typically stuffed with shrimp and pork belly)
- Ram Ít cake (a patty of crispy, deep-fried sticky rice topped with stir-fried shrimp and pork)
- After your class, it’s time to taste the traditional Hue dishes you prepared. Our chef will be able to give his feedback on your skills.
