Itinerary

1. Day 1- Hanoi – Sapa - Cat Cat village (L,D)

   • 6.30 – 7.00: Pick up from your hotel/stay, get on a big bus and depart for Sapa.

   • 9.30: Follow the highway to Lao Cai city with the first comfort break.

   • 11.00: Second comfort break at Lao Cai city before approaching Sapa.

   • 13.00: Arrive at Sapa Town to see the traditional H’mong, Dzao, Tay ethnic people here. Enjoy a welcome drink and do an itinerary briefing later. This will be followed by lunch with local Vietnamese dishes.

   • 14.30: Do a short drive to the gate of Cat Cat village, home of Black H’mong ethnic people and is located near the bottom of a deep valley at the foot of Fansipan Peak. Our local (Vietnamese) guide will show you the daily life activities of the locals. You will trek down to the bottom of the valley for waterfall views. Here, you will see a French-built Hydraulic Power Station.

   • Stop by for photo sessions with scenic bridge and waterfall views in the background.

   • Then, you will walk uphill for the bus to pick you up to get back to Sapa in the afternoon. The trekking distance is about 2.5 km, and it will last about 2 hours.

   • 16.30: Come back to Sapa Town. Have dinner and do an overnight stay at the hotel with night activities

2. Day 2- Sapa discovery with long trek Y Linh Ho - Lao Chai - Ta Van village (B, L,D)

   • 7.00 – 7.45: Have breakfast at the hotel and prepare light packs for a long trek of 5 km today.

   • 8.00: Do a short drive to Y Linh Ho, then trek through the rice terrace fields and pass by Muong Hoa stream to reach the Black Hmong village of Lao Chai to see spectacular landscapes of Hoang Lien Son mountains.

   • Then, trek to Ta Van village - home of Dzay ethnic people. The trekking distance will be about 9 km, and it will last for 4 hours.

   • 11.30: The bus picks you up at Ta Van Bridge to Sapa.

   • 12.00: Have lunch and enjoy free time in the afternoon or explore a little of Sapa town by yourself.

   Have dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in the night.

3. Day 3- Sapa - Bac Ha market - Lao Cai - Ha Noi (B, L)

   • 6:15 – 7:00: Have breakfast at the hotel. Then, check-out of the room and bring all your luggage together as we prepare to go to Bac Ha Market.

   • 7:00 – 14:00: Do a 2.5-hour drive to Bac Ha town, home of the Flower H’Mong ethnic people.

   • 14:00: Take a 1.45-hour drive back to Lao Cai city, where you can have a shower and relax at Border gate city. (Do not come back to Sapa town).

   • 16:30: Take a shuttle bus back to Hanoi with one comfort break.

   • 21:15: We say goodbye to you at your hotel/stay. The trip ends here.

   Meals included: Breakfast, Lunch.
