Itinerary

1. Day 1: Arrive in Tuan Chau Marina

   • 09:00–09:15 approx: Pick up at your hotel in Hanoi old quarter and start a 2.5-hour road journey via 5B highway on an ultra-luxurious limousine (for the guests, use our transfer service).

   • 11:45–12.15 approx: Arrive in Tuan Chau Marina and transfer by speedboat to Stellar of the Seas. Welcome aboard the cruise. Refresh with the welcome drink. Meet the captain crew in the cruise briefing safety instruction.

   • 12:45 approx: Join a typical lunch in the luxury dining room with an indoor or outdoor dining area. 

   • Check into your cabin to refresh and unwind.

   • Cruise through Con Vit islet, Thumb islet and Gia Luan harbour, which belonged to the Cat Ba town. 

   • Discover lagoon natural area belonged to Lan Ha bay. Drop anchor for swimming or sunbathe on our cruise (private, wild and fresh air).

   • Head back toward the sleeping area.

   • In the early evening, move to the sundeck for watching the sunset and enjoy the sunset party. It’s an ideal time to make acquaintance with new friends, share your travelling experience or watch the sunset or relax in the seasonal swimming pool, or enjoy your time on our golf course.

   • 18:00: Join a short class of cooking demonstration. The chef will guide you to make famous traditional Vietnamese spring rolls. Here, you will understand the culinary culture of the Vietnamese. 

   • 19:00: Relish a BBQ dinner served with a fresh food menu outside the swimming pool area. 

   • After dinner, reward yourself with a large selection of cocktails at the panoramic bar with a seasonal pool view, at the wine and cigars cellar, or take one of our onboard activities: games, movies, and squid fishing or relaxing with massage services—overnight on board.

2. Day 2: Cruise to Hang Sang and Toi

   • 06:30: Join a Tai Chi session on the sundeck for the early riser. Tai chi helps focus the mind and condition the body and joining Tai Chi sessions fully charge your energy for the new day.

   • 07:00–7:45: Enjoy a local light breakfast. 

   • 08:00: Mingle yourself in the stunning views of the bay and its dramatic limestone islets as you sail through the calm emerald waters heading to Dark and Bright Cave (Hang Sang and Toi) and taking you comfortably on a local rowing boat rowed by the locals to explore the cave.

   • 09:30: Check out the room.

   • 10:00: Enjoy Savour Vietnamese cuisine.

   • 12:00: Disembark from the cruise as the crew say farewell and go back to Tuan Chau Marina by speedboat. Transfer to ultra-luxurious limousine returned to Hanoi.

   • Arrive back at your hotel at approximately 15:00.

3. Day 3: Ninh Binh luxury day trip

   • 7.15-7.30: Meet the guide with the chauffeur-driven limousine. Start 2.5 hours road journey to Ninh Binh Province via expressway (120km).

   • 10.15: Embark on a rowed boat, gently gliding on exquisite Ngo Dong River amid dramatic natural sceneries of a maze of jungle-clad limestone Mountains raised majestically out of flooded rice paddy fields. The highlights are secret passages of stalagmite caves, so-called Hang Ca, Hang Hai, and Hang Ba led into hidden valleys and opened up views of one breathtaking vista after another. The tranquillity except for the soundtrack of the mirrored water lapping against the oar as if stepping back in time to another world. 

   • Enjoy a mouth-watering lunch in a 5-stars restaurant. Here, Vietnamese dishes are served and perfectly accompanied by flawless attentive service and drinks while the verdant landscape of rice fields are always in view through the expanded window. 

   • 13.30: Visit Dinh and Le temples in Hoa Lu. The two prominent sanctuaries are dedicated to the Dinh and Le dynasty dating back to the 11th century, and the historical significance of Ninh Binh province. Meet the people to live a part of the exciting history of the past. 

   • 14.45: Drive to the ancient land of Trang An, the recently listed world heritage site. Famed for the endless stunning vista of abundant valleys, extensive canal network, and the magical backdrop of rugged karsts limestone Mountains dotted with red-roof local houses. And indigenous people here have maintained their traditional way of life for centuries.

   • After a basic instruction by your expert Vietnam guide on cycling safely at your comfort, take a 5km bicycle ride off the beaten track through gorgeous sceneries on village roads and encounter buffaloes, ducks and goats on the way.

   • 16.00: Enjoy sunset afternoon tea, served by a white-gloved chauffeur. Admire the sunset over magnificent mountains before taking another comfortable limousine road trip back to Hanoi.

   • 19.00: Upon arrival in Hanoi, drop off at your hotel doorsteps.
