Experience at the Zen House
08:30 am: Pick-up from your hotel in Hue and drive to Cat Tuong Quan Zen House.
09:00 am: Receive greetings from Cat Tuong Quan and learn about the Nha Ruong, a typical architectural house in Hue city and the Zen House complex's spiritual meaning.
09:30 am: Learn to make 2 vegetarian dishes from the set menu of 6.
11:30 am: Learn how to fold the napkin in Vietnamese style.
12:00 pm: Receive guidance on meditating before, during and after the meal (10mins).
1:30 pm: Time to relax.
2:00 pm: Attend a Tai Chi class, with the lesson on 12 lotus flowers.
2:30 pm: Enjoy Hue style Gao Lut tea and dried Ginger.
3:00 pm: Farewell from Cat Tuong Quan and drop-off to your hotel.
